I was assigned a tow truck from Twins Towing through my dealership last week, and I am so impressed by their services. I had the pleasure of meeting Obie - he arrived in about 45 minutes, was extremely professional and such a lifesaver. My car battery was dead and my portable charger just wasn't strong enough to jump my car. Obie was able to jump start my vehicle and he recommended me to loop my car around the neighborhood to see if I had any issues or if anything felt off. The car felt fine, but I was still a little worried that I wouldn't make it to my dealership's service center in one piece. So, Obie followed behind me in the tow truck to the dealership as I drove, just in case anything were to happen.
I am so grateful for his excellent customer service and will always think of Twins if I ever get stuck again!
